Working with Actors

Well, dealing with actors is dealing with people with feelings, emotions and so on, well As starting directors filmmakers we are gonna find good people very talented, I think anybody can act! and you probably gonna find a lot cocky actors and they are more than humbles believe me but You gotta keep the faith they are always good people out there willing to help you in your projects my advice for me is keep the distance as much as you can, better a relationship as a Filmmaker and Actor, specially at the beginning of our careers!
